Luxury Coordination Package
10 Hours of Wedding Day coverage
Investment of $2,000
For couples who want professional coordination and peace of mind from the beginning of their wedding day through the conclusion of their celebration.
The Luxury Coordination Package includes everything in Premium, along with a pre-wedding venue walkthrough, when coordinator availability permits, and wedding-day coverage through the end of the event.

Rehearsal Coordination: Guidance throughout your wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

Wedding Day Setup: Assistance with setting up wedding décor and designated details before guests arrive.

Timeline Management & Vendor Communication: Oversight of your wedding day timeline, communication with vendors throughout the wedding day, and coordination of scheduled events and transitions to help the day run smoothly.

Pre-Wedding Venue Walkthrough: A walkthrough of the venue, subject to coordinator availability, to review the space and discuss important logistical details ahead of your wedding day.
